4. Your allowance resetsOn your renewal date. Anything unused rolls over one month, so a quiet month is not wasted.

Questions

Which products count as a cut?

Build a voiceover (one cut each), 5 Dry Liners (five), 10 Dry Liners (ten) and 6 VOs (six). Any voice on the roster, dry or fully produced, up to 40 words a cut. Sung jingles, adverts and packages are separate: Station and Station Plus include one advert a month, Station Plus a sung cut a quarter.

What if I need more than my allowance?

Order it as normal and pay the usual price for the extra; the allowance is used first. Or move up a membership from your account.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from My Account at any time. The month you have paid for runs out normally; nothing is charged after that.

Do unused cuts really roll over?

One month forward, up to a month’s worth. Three months of nothing does not stack up to a free package, but a quiet August is not lost.

Is there an annual option?

Not yet. The three memberships are monthly with no contract; when an annual plan (ten months for twelve) is added, members see it first in My Account.

Can two presenters share one membership?

A membership belongs to one account, but a station can order for as many presenters as it likes from that account. Presenters who order on their own accounts each need their own Presenter membership.

Prices in GBP, billed monthly. Allowances are for broadcast imaging on the member’s own station or shows; the work stays royalty-free forever, membership or not.
